These Terms of Service govern your use of goatedmedia.com and the services provided by Goated Media. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Goated Media provides real estate media for the San Francisco Bay Area, including photography, video, drone, virtual staging, floor plans, and related services.
Shoots are booked through our online calendar or by arrangement. Please make sure the property is photo-ready and accessible at the scheduled time.
You may cancel or reschedule a shoot at no charge. However, if our team arrives for a scheduled shoot and cannot reach you or access the property, a $150 trip fee applies.
Fees are as quoted or agreed and are due according to the invoice we provide.
Some images may include enhancements such as sky replacement or virtual staging. We disclose enhanced or virtually staged images as required by applicable law.
We aim to deliver within 24 hours of your shoot (video may take 24 to 48 hours). These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, property access, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goated Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable shoot.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
